One of the best McDonald?s around. Rarely do they mess up our order (it happens though on very rare occasions) and they prepare... the food correctly, even with special tweaks (like adding or removing ingredients.) The only reason I don?t give them 5 stars isthat the kids area is consistently dirty, they really need someone cleaning that about twice as often. We end up here frequentlybecause it is just so typically painless and pleasant. Read more
I really wish the O'Reilly family took back charge of their stores. Didn't want to leave a bad review but these kids they hired... (perla) at drive through was rude, laughing and joking with co workers while i had to repeat my order to her 3 times. Thensnatched my card out my hand and almost jolted it back to me before i can say a word of her rudeness she shut the window on me.How terrible has hiring or youth have gotten. Most incompetent McDonald's I have ever been to. Charged $25 for 2 big breakfasts. Went back today and was charged $17 for 3... big breakfasts. Missing part of the order as usual. Every time we go to this store they get the order wrong or mis chargeyou.They say 3 times is a charm but I will never visit this McDonald's again. Read more
We go to this location at least once a week. The service is good and the food is good, but there are a couple of... annoyances. First, we can never get the app to work for this location. It works fine for others, but never this one. Also, thefood is more expensive here - if we go a bit farther, we can save $1 on happy meals. Read more
25mins in drive through,get my drinks asked to pull forward food would be out soon. I did so, started handing out drinks while... waiting they were all wrong. Kids brings food to car I ask if I could get correct drinks. I was told I we'r ould have to getback in line at drive through. I did not,get back in line,but put my car in park while still in waiting line and went in. Ihad to get my own drinks inside as well. Read more
Curb side pickup via app: this was my first time and probably the last time doing curbside pickup. Not sure where the issue lies... but the app said "about 5 minutes" so far I'm still waiting almost 15 minutes. I finally sent someone in to retrieve it, whichwould have been faster. There have been at least 6 cars who came and went which I was hoping this was faster. The lady bringingit was polite but can't sat curbside will be a consideration for me again. Read more
I hadn't been to McDonald's in years. The family and I had had a long day of shopping and so I thought why not stop by... McDonald's like I did as a kid (during any field trip if there was a McDonald's around my friends and I would walk to it andjust order a bunch of fries for lunch) it brought back so many memories, so I thought I would share that memory with mychildren. We went and ordered 7 large fries and asked the younf lady if I can get about 20 packets of ketchup obviously becausethere were a lot of fries and she ends up giving me 5 packets of fries. So I went inside and asked if I could have more ketchuppackets and the manager I believe it was was understanding and helpful. Went about my ways and we went to the park next it, satour blankets down poured all of our french fries onto one of the McDonald's bags and we started to all open up the packets ofketchup so that we can start digging in. My 12 year old was like what's this..... we found a females nail in our fries!!!! Thatmessed up everything for us. We were disgusted. We returned it all to show them and they did refund us but dang why did y'allruin a memory for me. They tried to show that no kne was wearing or had on fake red nails, but that just goes to show that theydon't clean their machines. It was so nasty and that's when I was reminded again as to why I hadn't gone to McDonald's inforever. Read more
Lady taking orders on Saturday November 19th, gave horrible service. She didn?t answer when we pulled up, we had to repeat our... order 5 times before she got it right, and she was on her phone when we pulled up to the window, I get great service in theafternoons and mornings, night shifts are horrible.
