Yeah....... Be careful if you are calling this location.....Called to make an order for 6 but stated that they do not accept... call in orders which is fine, didnt argue but did state in a joking matter i was driving and couldnt do that...Employee replies"oh well thats unfortunate for you" and hangs up...I was going to proceed and pull over to make the order online for all 6 of usbut after that joke they call customer service, decided to take my service elsewhere...sad because the jersey mikes around ushappily accepts call in orders but i guess this one is just too good for that with their all star employees working at thislocation. Small location, the Philly cheese steak sandwich was OK , not very flavorful, kind of bland, the onions were long strings and... tough.. It was very expensive for a sandwich, small bag of chips n tea. $15 and they want a tip to go through the line and serveyourself chips and drinks. Not impressed, my first trip. Read more

I've been buying lunches at this Jersey Mikes in Allen regularly for over 4 years. Since mid-2020, I or my roommate pick up... lunch here at least 3 times a week The sandwiches taste really good, are made to order just as we request. They have qualitymeats and use enough to make a filling sandwich (unlike certain other sub shops) and all the ingredients are fresh tasting. Theroast beef is fantastic and if you don't like it pink, they'll heat it - no problem. Hold the onions - no problem. All done witha good attitude. Wish I could say the same about some of the customers. The place is spotless with the exception of the middleof the lunch hour rush. I will never understand why someone would get up from a table and just leave their trash sitting therewhen there is a large trash bin right by the door! Fortunately the manager keeps the focus on having a clean sandwich makingand prep area with quick clean ups of the dining room until the rush is over. This location is much cleaner than some of theother Jersey Mikes locations I've been in. One more thing, if you have a problem, tell them. If you did take-away, tell themthe next time you come in so they can work to fix it. Read more
