Took the kids here and we tried a 3 different drinks, acai super-antioxidant, orange-c booster, and strawberries gone bananas. ... We loved all three off them. The service was on point and the cashier was very helpful answering questions. We will be backagain. :) Read more

Second morning I?ve had to go without anything because I ordered breakfast online and then I had to go in to work with nothing... after waiting 30 min - CLOSED that means at 9AM twice I?ve not been able to get my refund .. no way on the app to get my moneyback , and this particular order was expensive. Every time I come here it?s just gross. I?ve been to other Jamba?s that are really good, but the bananas here are always like... half frozen and they barely put any toppings. I got a smoothie one time and there were so many unblended banana pieces that Iliterally couldn?t drink it. Won?t be coming back here Read more
I ordered delivery. I usually order from the Plano location but for some reason the door dash app was only showing this... location. Literally all of my bananas look like this. My bowl was over flowed also to where some got in the bag. The sandwichlooks sloppy. Not sure if this is the type of product this location typically provides but this is horrible. Edit: I decided tonot eat what I was given from this location. Luckily my boyfriend took it without the bananas in it. I decided to order straightfrom the Jamba Juice app so I can get it from the Plano location. The first picture is for the Allen location, and the last twophotos are what I received from the Plano location. I even let my order sit for a little bit since the Plano location is alittle closer than the Allen location. Noted: also the sandwich from Allen is the impossible sandwiches and the one from Planois the sausage one, but you can definitely see the difference in quality. Read more
The concept is fantastic, the customer service was wonderful, the drink was ok, however the food was horrible. It felt like I... was eating dry crackers:( On top of that, it was not just over cooked, it was burnt. It was such an disappointing first visit. Read more
I wanted to give 1 star due to several inaccuracies with the hours and difficulties ordering but the manager working was really... really friendly and I saw her working with her team to help knock out closing and realized it?s not her fault. The staff wassweet. Hours need updated on Yelp and your app because I couldn?t order and was trying to avoid spreading germs. I?d give thecustomer service 10 stars if I could. Read more
