Cashier Devin must be racist. That?s the only thing I can think of. This place is completely empty and her customer service... towards my family sucked. I walked in alone first and advised that my family was visiting from out of state and had never beento torchys and we would need a min. She said okay. She came back up after a few mins and joe my family was inside. She neverspoke to them. She just walked up and stood there. She took their orders impatiently even after knowing that they had never beenhere. She then didn?t give my mom the buzzer. She laid it on the counter and my mom was now sitting at the table with the restof my family. When I came up to place my order separately. I asked her was she supposed to give them the buzzer. She said yes. Ijust laid it on the counter. I again advised they had never been here before and she should have advised this was for them asthey are now sitting. She said she would take it to them. Now I?m ready to order which I have not done and she says I thoughtyou were with them. I said I am but I am ordering separately. She took my order and laid my receipt on the counter. I asked herwhy would she do that when I handed her my card? She said she always has done that. I explained it?s rude. She took my receiptand balled it up stating that I didn?t need to sign it (it has a tip line on it, I definitely should be signing). I advised Iwant to sign my receipt. She walked off and took my mom the buzzer and came back to me and had to reprint the receipt for mebecause she balled mine up. Later after my food was ready she was very loudly talking about me to another coworker. I frequentfuzzys all the time and this was the first time at this location and the energy was terrible for them to not have any customers.We were the only ones. Been here a couple times, I love Fuzzys! The times i have come to this location, the wait has been short, the food comes out in... a timely manner, and the staff is very helpful. Chino was a great cashier and answered my questions about the menu and had avery friendly attitude???????? Read more
It's mostly okay, maybe a 3.5 at best, it is somewhat seasoned, but barely even Tex-Mex and nowhere near authentic Mexican. I... ordered the two taco plate with one beef taco and one grilled shrimp taco, both without tomatoes, with a side of cilantro limerice, fried potatoes, queso and chips alongside a kids size of sopapillas. At first I ordered a unsweet tea and never got it, Itried the rice and potatoes and the rice was good, the potatoes were flavorless, I tried the shrimp taco and the shrimp tastedfresh, but the crunchy taco shell tasted stale, tried the ground beef taco and it gave me a beef jerky flavor, not a tacoflavor, the queso is very creamy, but not seasoned, the chips came in a huge bag which I appreciate, but the seasoning on themweren't even at all, one chip would have too much seasoning and the other would be bare, the sopapillas were probably a littleunder done, but they work. Overall probably some more care into the food is needed and maybe a better recipe for the groundbeef. Read more
I?m here visiting my kids and when everyone when their separate ways I was left without a vehicle. I ordered thru Grubhub.... Ordering was easy and it was delivered well before the actual expected time. I got the fried avocado taco. That thing wasdelicious! I wished I had ordered 2, it was so good. I ordered the chips and queso. I got a large order. I was 100% surprised athow much I got! I could have easily ordered a small order, I ate the chips and queso for 3 days! Anyway, the queso was perfect,delicious and not salty. I find a lot of times queso is salty, especially as leftovers. But those chips! Oh my gosh you guys,THOSE CHIPS!! I normally share good things, but each order I receive from this location has me concerned. When you call, the phone just rings.... My order looks like it was tossed. This isn?t right and paying $12 plus on something like this is waste. I?ve ordered fromanother location once before, perfect when I lived in Dallas. There was more of the nachos in the bag. Half decent food at best, but don't trust their calorie/person counts. Family meal for 4-6 people was tiny and pitiful.... Absolutely not going to feed 4 adults or the 4000+ calories advertised. I really enjoy my going to Fuzzy's. It's great tasting food, fast service and the prices won't break the bank. The fish tacos... are the best. No fish smell or taste. Just plain culinary goodness. I tried their dessert this go around and I was highlyimpressed. I'm definitely going back! Read more
I want to start off by saying that this is literally my favorite restaurant to come to I come here every day I know everyone... here I?m very welcomed every time I come they know exactly what I want and they?re very kind to me everyone in here is a greatemployee please disregard the bright Eyed dummy Who tried to lie and make it seem like people are mean at this location andeveryone is so respectful so helpful she was just trying to be picky and be extra. Everyone in here cares about your experienceand they?re funny and they?re so welcoming that you?re able to sit there for hours if you wanted and it would never be aheadache. Just because she?s slow and uneducated doesn?t mean the employees are rude and racist it means that she?s simplyslow.. they bring out curbside orders so quickly they literally do everything in their power to make sure that you?re happy whenyou walk out the door this location stays so busy because they know everyone in here is so kind.
