I came in today during lunch & placed an order 1 bowl (white rice, black bean & meat) than a burrito (white rice, black beans &... meat) however after taking a few bites I realized there was hardly any meat & mostly rice so I went back inside & explained itto the cashier who went to speak with the manager (Daniel Moya) who is also the person who made my orders?.she was head boppingand said out loud to him that she made the meal & therefore it?s the right amount & wasn?t going to do anything about it! Sowhen he came over to tell me this he also dismissed me & continued to the next customer?She then walked over unapologetic with amean face & reiterated what she had also told him?I then opened the burrito & showed her ?infact? barely any meat?At this pointI?m upset like I?m paying $35 at lunch time & this is the way the store manager is treating me as a customer like really? I toldher this is not the way you treat a customer?.then when other customers also sided with me as they started to see what washappening I literally threw the rest of the burrito in the trash & let her know I will be sharing this with the public?.TERRIBLEway to treat customers Read more
What has happened to customer service? I work in the hotel industry so I get that dealing with people can be difficult, but that... doesn?t excuse rude behavior. My husband is a restaurant manager. We get it. But this was my second time at this location. This chipotle invented new bowl - 50% of peppers and 50% of it is Rice. Literally paid for more meat. I guess this chipotle... location is trying real hard to save on meats or is pepper the new meat. I literally had 6 bite size pieces of chicken and teaSpoonful of corn. Thank you for your great service I?ll make sure to report this and never use your location again. Read more
Terrible customer service. Order was placed through Chipotle app but they had no record of it. Rather than trying to resolve... this issue, cashier asked me for proof that I had indeed placed an order. Showed her notification on Chipotle app but she wantedconfirmation number. Pulled confirmation number up from email and showed it to her. She then wanted proof that I had actuallypaid for it. Not going to this location again. They need to train their staff better. Read more
I regrettably must leave a one star review, it has to do with the attitude of the cashier. I was informed at checkout that they... were out of chips for the evening, it was one hour to closing, no big deal. I asked for two tortillas, I was proceeded to becharged for said tortillas. I get it, the business has to pay for the product that you?re selling to the customer. She had ahorrible attitude and said ?you were going to pay for the chips anyway.? Next time I?ll just leave the food there and drive 1.2miles up north to the chipotle on Stacy, I guess it?s my bad for not making that decision at the time and still giving thisfranchise my money. This place is JUST Terrible. They deserve ZERO star. We have been experiencing problems with our app orders at this location in... the last couple of months. They have been filling our orders incorrectly, meats in vegetarian burrito bowls, white rice insteadof brown rice, hair in food and extra salty which in all cases we had to dump those meals in the trash can. We ordered some foodonline tonight with sour creams on the side but when we opened the bag at home we realized that there were no sour creams. Wehad to drive all the way back to Chipotle but we were told that they were all out of sour creams! If it had been disclosed thatthey did not have sour cream while we were placing those orders or when we were picking up our food, we would not had orderedthose meals at that location. I still can't figure out how a Mexican restaurant would be out of sour cream couple of hoursbefore closing and how their workers would not know the difference between white and brown rice. They don't care about theircustomers at all. That was our last meals from Chipotle. Read more
They need more staff. Staff they do have is unmanaged well. Never smiles on any of their faces or greet. They take their time... getting to you whether things need to be stocked or whatever. Also their doors are locked today at 11:30 - what's up. Had todrive to the one off Stacy Read more
This Chipotle location is so horrible that the entire staff should be fired and this location should be shut down. I am normally... not this mean. And I normally don?t post bad reviews. However, on multiple occasions, this location has missed my additions,packing only partial orders. I keep going there because it?s the only location near me and I?m lazy to drive around. Butcorporate, you have to do something. Also, we notified the staff about no ice- my 7 year old even commented about why they wouldnot do anything. And trust me, they were not busy.
