Paid for two large fried but given the amount of fries similar to a medium. With also wilted lettuce, which is not the standard... of all Chick-fil-A that I have been too. I don?t like paying for food and getting short changed. Read more
So went through the drive through at 7:50 am 8/26/22. And the cashier name was under one on the receipt but there was a lady who... handed me my change. The total was 774. I handed her a 10 and she gave me back 201. In a rush to work I didn?t think about shedidn?t give me a quarter. It seems silly but I believe it?s the principle. I never said keep the change. 1/4 isn?t a lot. But ifshe?s doing that to everybody 1/4 from every person that comes through the drive-through adds up. That was pretty shady. Read more
I don't know what's going on with this location, I'll go out of my way to avoid this one, every time it's something new and this... time they couldn't even fill up my large fry container halfway and when I reached out to Chick-fil-A cares I was just given aPDF explaining fry portions like I had never eaten there before?? To top it off they were cold and soggy after the 3 minutedrive back to my work - there's a million Chick-fil-A's on every corner, avoid this one. Read more
I got chicken noddle soup x 2 a couple of days ago and I have a 30 minute drive home, the only issues I have is that I wasn't... able to eat the soup because the containers failed and both soups went everywhere in my car and the gallon of sweat tea wasleaking as well. I did not take pictures of anything. I just wish the bowls were better secure. Read more
Much better now that they've changed the drive thru so that it doesn't circle the building. We love the frozen lemonades. Only... real issue is that they are a bit more expensive than other fast food places so we only go every once in awhile. Read more
Hi there!! I came here not so long ago for a quick bite before going back to my college class and couldn't help but notice the... wonderful service over here! This was my first time coming to this location and wow, it's a large place with a lot of customersBUT is handled very well. The employees are super friendly and greet you with a smile, which is always amazing. They are alsovery fast despite how busy they may be. Another plus was how the lettuce in the chicken wrap was FRESH and crunchy - ohhhh mygosh if you only knew how that brought a smile to my face lol. Not that great when compared to chick fil a usual standards. Long wait times and fairly often your order is inaccurate. Feels... like you have to treat them like McDonald?s and check your order instead of being confident they do it properly Edit: I gavethem another chance after speaking with manager Ana and she gave a coupon for our troubles.
