I ate the chicken strips, which were overcooked and chewy. The milk gravy is good but too liquidity for my taste. My friend got... the spicy chicken sandwich which she brought back because the chicken was paper thin. The girl was nice and gave her what shepreferred with apologies. The braums ice cream artist Ellie was so personable when I was just in there! She was personable with the kiddos ahead of me in... line and with me and she even took the time to make sure everything I wanted was perfect. She even made sure I tried my cherrylimeade out first since I was embarrassingly a little particular about it and it was perfect! My family and I have been going to Braum?s for years at this location. However the past couple of years Braum?s has steadily... gone down hill. We went into get some cheeseburgers mid sun afternoon and had to wait 30 minutes yet once again on our order. Icould understand this if they were busy, however their were only 6-8 people inside the restaurant and of course your regulardrive-thrus. The problem is that there is only one line cook working for everyone?s orders and I?m not sure how long he wasworking or sitting on his phone. One woman complained about waiting 25 minutes for her salad while the couple in front of usstayed they would never go back after multiple times of long waits for food when it wasn?t even that busy. If you want ice creamthen Braum?s does a good job. If you want burgers etc. I would steer clear of this location unless you don?t mind waiting for 30minutes or longer. Braun?s we love your cheeseburgers but will no longer be going to you for them. This last 30 minute wait wasthe last straw. You have lost our business. Read more

Good quality ice cream. Only downside is the place looks unkept and many surfaces are sticky.
This place can get very busy and make long waiting lines especially in the summertime when school is off. Few concerns about... employees getting overwhelmed. Employees touching their face without washing hands. One guy who looked to be a manager just blewhis nose behind the counter where they serve ice cream than reach for gloves contaminating the gloves. Stuff like that makes ithard to go back. Food was cold, burgers fries chicken tenders all cold. Read more
