My sister called to ask about the youngest they hire. She sounds young, but it definitely wasn't a prank call. This woman said,... "I have your number. Call again, I call the police." Excellent service and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I sometimes do online ordering and when I go to pick up my order... its always ready and they ask for the name before they give my order. I love this place and the staffs. Keep up the good work.!! Read more

If I could give this location no stars I would. So I ordered through Mobil order while on my lunch today at work So I go And to... pick up my sandwich in my little combo meal and when I got there I noticed that no one was in the store absolutely no one theemployees are all standing there talking and so when I walk up to the register and let them know I am here to pick up my mobileorder 1) they didn?t even ask my name so anyone could?ve walked in and said I?m here for a Mobil order and would?ve ended uptaking my food 2)I ordered two of the same flavor cookie and The lady at the register almost forgot to put them in the bag andthen I noticed there was only one flavor of the cookies that I had ordered and without even asking me if it was OK she justtried to slip in a cookie of a completely different flavor into my bag and once I noticed this I told her since I see there?sonly one left of the flavor that I order it?s fine that you?re putting in a completely different flavor in the bag I was notrude when I had said that the text brings it across differently but I shouldn?t of had to say that she should?ve mentioned itright off the bat she also almost forgot to give me A cup for my drink and then so I get my stuff and I drive back to work toclock back in from my lunch and I noticed my bag a chips was not in the bag with my sandwich and my almost forgotten cookies soI called to let them know that they didn?t put the chips in the bag and she says you know you were supposed to grab them whenyou had come in, basically trying to blame it on me that I forgot my chips but being that I?ve managed at a restaurant beforewhen it?s that slow there is absolutely no reason why they couldn?t have just walked grabbed the bag of chips and gotten myorder completely. It?s very frustrating every time I come in here to pick up my online order, the staff is always so quick to say they have not... received an order or they say are you sure it is at this location but yet they have the order and it is just put in the back ofthe store. I believe there is lack of communication with the employees as most of the time they are all in the back of thestore, and makes it frustrating for the customer when the whole point of making an online order is to save time and ends upbeing the opposite.
