Do not use mobile order app here! I waited about 30 minutes for my order that still never made it to the pick up table and the... employee had no interest in helping my situation, but understandable due to the store being overcrowded with customers havingthe same issue. I still am waiting to hear back from Starbucks on how I can get a refund or reimbursed since I still neverreceived my order since I had to leave to work and couldn?t wait any longer. Read more
