OC Wine Mart provides excellent customer service that is demonstrated by the staff and supervisor (Julie) on a daily and... constant basis. The breakfast burritos, sandwiches, desserts, additional food items, & beverages are delicious. My husband and Ihave been regular customers since we moved to Aliso Viejo in 2016 and discovered OC Wine Mart. The supervisor, Julie, and herstaff are always friendly, professional, and go above & beyond with their customer service and ensuring they always have freshfood daily provided by a wonderful team. Thank you to Julie and her team for always ensuring and providing delicious food anddrinks while also treating customers like family. OC Wine Mart has been my husband's and my "go-to" since we moved here 6.5years ago. During the pandemic, OC Wine Mart has provided the same excellent services and delicious food & drinks pre-COVID asthey still do today during the pandemic. My husand and I have become even more frequent customers on a weekly basis (sometimesmultiple times per week) during the pandemic - which illustrates how superb their customer service and menu items are as theyremained open when most restaurants shut down during the pandemic. OC Wine Mart remains very busy due to the high demand of bothloyal ongoing customers as well as new customers loving OC Wine Mart, their amazing customer services provided by the entireteam, and providing delicious and daily fresh menu options. Love OC Wine Mart! This used to be a terrible convenience store before Julie and her husband built out this awesome shop. They... have a wine tasting bar with what seems like over 40 different wines for tasting. (Pre-CVD) The salads and sandwiches areprepared fresh and are reasonably priced. The retail wine and beer selections are comparable total wine and the staff isfriendly. Read more
