I do love Renaissance but this Citrus hmmm... I gave two stars because the food is actually good, but the service there is... absolutely not the best, I have been there three times and the the times I was there it was a bad experience sadly. I want tolove the place but you guys have to step it out with the service. First time the waitress charged me in my Club membership$49.99 but I paid cash! And I just found out a month later when I was looking at my club statement and I call manager and theyfix the error, second time the same waitress charged me for an extra item I did not order... Also forgot to tell me Kids eat forfree thursday when you buy an entree which we did but also got charged for my son's meal ( I did not know about the kidsspecial) I found out later on and my third time was today when clearly the Citrus restaurant was not that busy because themajority of members were outside in the pool and eating the memorial day special, well I decide to go to Citrus and eatsomething quick since my boy was very hungry, I sat there and waited for good 5 minutes to get the menu, ( while two waitressare there chatting in front of me) then my food was ready ( I saw it sitting there for more than 8 mins) and the waitress was nowhere to be found, ( again, it was probably 4 clients in Citrus) so I got up and picked up my food, as Im fixing the plate formy boy I realized I dont have napkins, spoons or anything so I get up again and I get them ( at this time the waitress wasalready there by where the chef is) food was delicious but service disappointed me one more time. This is a great location for dinner and a view. Also they have awesome fire pits. The food is great and the service is also... great. Our server her name was Irma was very attentive. But we loved having a great discussion with the manager Chris. He wasvery inviting and paid attention to detail. Read more
Had breakfast with my fiancé here . The service was just immaculate. I don?t know if it?s because we were the first ones here ,... but all of the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The environment was pretty chill and relaxing . I ordered thebreakfast sandwich and some eggs and potatoes which were so flavorful and just so tasteful ! My fiancé ordered the French toastand the omelette. They did not let us down ! Food was just scrumptious! Will be going back ! By the way , the table we sat atwas just too pleasuring , I fell in love with the colors! Read more

A really good place in AV to get drinks and a variety of food ranging from gourmet burgers, healthy bowls and salads,... flatbreads, poke bowl and steaks. My favorite is the ahi seared tuna and my wife loves the build your own Fit Bowls. Theinterior is nicely decorated and all in all the place has a really great vibe to it unlike any other in Aliso. You can tellmanagement really cares a lot about the quality, cleanliness, food and staff. Highly recommend Citrus! Read more
