Carl's Jr s food makes up for most times the service sucks.
Went through the drive-thru last night around 6:30. Ordered three large orders of onion rings. Got to the window and dealt with... some heavyset Hispanic gal with gold in her teeth who mumbled incoherently. Couldn't understand a word she said. I handed hertwo five dollars bills and she handed me a few cents in change with no receipt. She and some others in the restaurant werelaughing and looking at me and I couldn't figure out why. She then handed me a large bag that, when I got home, only had ONEorder of onion rings in it. She took my $10 and gave me one order of onions rings and was laughing about it. She probablypocketed the rest. We'll see how she laughs today when I file a police report on her for theft/fraud. I'm also filing a reportwith corporate.This place is GARBAGE!!! Read more
Multiple times now I've been missing parts of my order. The patty was cold and spongy, and the fries tasted as if they've been... sitting out for a week and tossed in a vat of salt. Read more

I love Carl?s Jr. but this one has to be the absolute worst! Orders are ALWAYS incorrect I have paid for items I didn?t receive... and when I call the answer is come back. Like I am home now I am not coming back out that?s an inconvenience! I went two nightsago and ordered a shake when the lady handed me my shake it looked extremely runny like it had been sitting around awhile and nowhip I told her never mind and she said it comes with no whip and that?s how it ?looks? she says ?it?s milk and chocolate? soshe proceeded to make ANOTHER ONE AND ROUND TWO WAS WORSE! I posted a photo! Literally it came partially full! And then tonightI decided to go back for my kids and we ordered 4 big hamburgers 2 with nothing but ketchup (simple) we?ll ALL came with justketchup! Stopped by the drive-thru for a breakfast burrito. They forgot to give me a straw for my beverage. I parked and went in to ask... the cashier. The music in the kitchen was SO LOUD, I couldn't call out to get her attention. Fortunately I found straws in thelobby. I don't know how walk-in customers would get her attention to place an order. I get it. I've listened to music whiledoing food service. But the volume in their kitchen is usually reserved for after closing time. Read more
