Was waiting for a while since Steffanos left the area and this place knocks it out the park. We ordered a cheesesteak fries and... pastrami and the portion sizes were massive. Capriotti's has always been one of our absolute favorite's as we started going to the Vegas location 10 years ago! That... location is by far the best one! I'm not one to post reviews and this kills me to do so, but after 3 bad experiences out of 3visits, I am hoping management sees this review and will make some adjustments. since I can't get through to them via phone as Isat on hold for 8 minutes only to get disconnected and then getting voicemail when I called back. All 3 times we have been tothe Aliso location, the meat on our chicken cheesesteak and the regular cheesesteak were overcooked and the meat wasleather-like. In addition, they made our order wrong, after reviewing our order with us over the phone (but who wants to waitanother 20 mins for them to remake), and the sandwiches are VERY light on the meat. The store is extremely hot, I don't thinkthey have air conditioning. Being that the other locations, Carson City, LA and the Vegas location have always been out of thisworld, I really do hope they pull the store together as this is a closer drive than the other locations. I spoke to managementonce letting them know about overcooking the meat but still ended up with overcooked meat next time around. I still have faithand will give them another try but I do hope management sees this review and the YELP reviews which have other similar reviewssuch as this. Read more

Really good sandwiches, I ordered the grilled Italian. It takes a while to get the sandwich but worth the wait.

Love Capriotti's!!! You must add the spicy peppers spread, delicious!... but be careful, has a kick! Sandwiches are a bit... pricey, but are huge and filled with premium ingredients. Worth it imo. Staff is friendly, will be back! Read more

Excitedly waited to try these sandwiches. But after seeing the prices I will never order from them. The prices are insanely... high! Even for just turkey! It is right next to my home but I will continue to drive to Lake Forest to get my delicioussandwiches for a much lower cost. Who cares how good Capriotti's could be. They let you place an order all the way to checkout on all delivery services even though they're not open. Take yourself down... until you're open, it's a deceptive marketing tactic. Me and my husband are huge fans of this shop. We were driving to the Moreno Valley location, and we?re happy to see that they... were opening another location closer to us. We went today on opening day and the enthusiasm and happiness of the workers reallymakes you feel welcomed rather than feeling like you are inconveniencing them by being there.
