Great bagel sandwiches. I bought assorted breakfast bagels for my company breakfast, every one ate them all.
Horrible!! I?ve been here when it?s super busy on a Saturday and didn?t get treated like I did today. There was me and maybe 1... more person in line and the lady in the black shirt behind the counter who is the supervisor or who was working on 8/2/22 at 1pmwas rude. She rushed me like the world was ending. I asked for avocado, tomato and cream cheese and when she saw the avocado wasout instead of opening a new one she scooped what was left?!?! I?m not paying for that!?! So she then she hardly put any lemonpepper!?! I asked for an ice coffee and again spit out speaking like fire!? I said light ice gave me like no ice. I had to tellher ?I know your busy but you need to slow down I?m pregnant and your rushing me giving me anxiety? that was not worth the 18$ Ihope the manager speaks to her and reimburse me. Literally I?m here now still it?s dead 4 employees and she?s more concernedabout stocking then customer service. Also they never answer the phone, I?ve called several times before. Read more
FROM JULY 2022: Shrinkage is definitely in play here. The bagels are visibly smaller and the once abundant toppings are now... quite sparse. A large soda used to be 32 oz. Now, it's the same price for a puny 20 oz cup. FROM 2021: The bagels are greatbut the service is super slow. It took me 30 minutes to get 6 bagels and a drink. It's also SUPER loud. You can't hear thecounter workers or the cashier--especially with the masks and plexiglass. Read more
I love Brueggers bagel but I definitely won't be coming back to this location. Employees are not polite in the slightest bit &... the bagels are so rushed, I ordered plain bagels but due to them using the same knife for all spreads my bagels all tasted likegarlic. Do better staff, please. Read more

Soooooo many people!! I had to wait 30mins to get a bagel at 9am. Friendly staff but one guy (seemed new?) Was sooo slow!
