This used to be my go to Thai restaurant in Aliso Viejo and I used to come often with colleagues from work for lunch and with my... family for dinners. I was shocked when yesterday I showed up for lunch and ordered 2 lunch specials from of the lunch menu + 3kids meals with no drinks and the bill came up to over $80. When I took a deeper look I realised that I was automaticallycharged 20% gratitude (of course there was room for extra tip). Now - don?t get me wrong - I don?t mind paying for a goodservice, however I hate when service fees are being forced on me. When we asked the manager about it, she just said that peopleshould pay for the good service they get in her restaurant and that she arbitrarily decided on 20% charge. When we said itwasn?t written in the lunch menu, she said that it was written somewhere in the larger menu that was on in the center of thetable and she wasn?t willing to do anything about it. I thought of sharing my experience so you don?t get surprised like I did.We think that there are other great restaurants around here that we would love support that offer just as good service withoutforcing their customers to some arbitrary charges. Thai food is our favorite and this ranks high up there. We ordered vegetarian food. The dishes were bursting in flavor. It... wasn?t as salty or oily as compared to many other Thai places we?ve been to. We love spicy food and have a great tolerance forspice. They ask you to pick a spice level of 1-5 and they do warn that their dishes can be quite spicy. We ordered level 3 andfound it just a little bit spicier than medium spice level everywhere else. So I?d recommend going 1 or 2 levels below what younormally order. The sticky rice was more creamier and flavorful than many places I?ve had it at. I?m a fan! Read more

2nd time here, I was so happy with my first Togo order, the green curry, chicken that I can back for dine in. Ordered the red... curry chicken as you see in the picture.
