Two times that I get wing flats with all the feathers in there. There has to be some type of prep that ensures this not happen... as much, I understand that it?s hard to over see every piece but two occasions is to much and the waits are horrible, our frieswere soggy and gross and the chicken was like rubber. Spend more time paying attention to the job at hand and less time onpersonal phones and everything would be smoother. Read more

Terrible. I called yesterday afternoon to place an order. The phone line was busy so I tried later at night line busy.. Ok so I... try again today earlier they answer ask me to please hold and never come back on the line.I Try back 30 min later line busy.
