Not a good experience at all. The cashier was trying to sell their pastry and coffee special which was $5.00. I wanted to use a... $5.00 coupon I had through Albertsons reward and she said I could not combine them which is fine. I then asked to just use the$5.00 coupon and she said since they had the special the $5.00 coupon would not work. So I took the special deal they had goingon. I ordered an Iced Quad Espresso and cheese danish, but she charged me for a Grande Latte and then reduced the price to makethe deal. This made me lose out on my bonus star points for ordering any espresso drink. Read more
I'm so glad they're open! It feels good to walk in and look at a menu, and see all the tantalizing snacks. Plus everyone is... friendly and willing to hold conversations, rather than blow by you. Great coffee, just at times the workers like take for ever to call out your name when you?re order is ready they expect you to... know when your order is ready so you end up waiting much longer than you need to. Read more
Came in this afternoon 3/27/19 around 3pm, with my relatives from China, staff was literally rude, and when I asked one of the... staff if he can clean off the tables, he showed me a dirty paper towel as if I can use that to clean it myself, then when Iapproached the counter to ask for some coffee creme, the female staff looked at me with a blank, ?don?t bother me? look andsaid: ?it?s right there.. awefulbservice with no smile and never heard ?hi, may I help you?? And the male staff was sipping onhis drink behind the counter and as we approached him, he looked mad as if we disturbed his oasis moment.....it?s all aboutcustomer service, with a smile PLEASE.. Love Starbucks get it every morning before work. And the best thing it's right next door from my work who could ask for more.
I always come here after a day of work to enjoy some nice ice cold water which is given free of charge along with the occasional... iced coffee. The staff here or very positive and supportive to their customers needs. I've been going on and off to theStarbucks for the better yet of 3 years, and If you have friends over for a nice time for coffee I would recommend this cafe. Read more
