The food is excellent and consistent. Prices are reasonable for what you get, and there is a decent selection. There has been a... lunch rush the last few times I've been there, and large orders that have been phoned in or ordered online can make the serviceslower than I would like, especially when I just want a spam musubi (which Ono does perfectly). The food was great, but during their 20th anniversary promotion, they seem to be a mess on logistics. Had an order for 615 and... got my order at 820. They were starting 430 orders when I arrived at 6. They should've had a system in place that limited howmany online orders per time slots since they obviously can't handle a big rush. I felt pretty bad for the 3/4 staff on deckhandling all the customers that came in. Read more
I always like the grill chicken flavor even without the sauce. Personally the mini bowl version is the perfect portion for me.... Be aware to order from their website or in person because through postmate or others price is higher. Read more
I really enjoy the food here especially when compared to other Hawaiian BBQ spots. I normally order the BBQ combo and substitute... the beef for ribs which I really like. This last visit I was informed that I was not allowed to substitute the beef for ribswhich I thought was really strange since I have done this since I ever started eating here and at other Ono locations. Perhapsthe girl behind the counter was new or maybe they recently changed their policy?? In any event, the food is very delicious.Maybe I'll try substituting for ribs at the other Alhambra location. This location is closest to me and it is very nice and clean. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly and quick.... There's plenty of seating and an outdoor section as well. Read more

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is a chain restaurant that offer good healthy food. It is located in a huge plaza on Valley Blvd and Almansor.... Interior atmosphere is nice, clean, organized and well lit. Service is moderately slow but they do okay. Prices are affordable.Staff (Stephany, Angela,Thalia and Emalie) are nice, competent and professional. They should be given a pay raise. Parking lotis huge, so you won't have a problem. Overall, it's a decent place to grab food. Read more
I had the island fire chicken plate. Their portion is nice I was well fed and had leftovers.
