I am always skeptical of trying Mexican food places because they always disappoint, this place was no exception. The customer... service is pretty bad, you don?t even get greeted, just a kind of can-you-hurry up and order kind of attitude. The food waspretty pricey and it wasn?t very good. The asada lacked a lot of flavor, seasoning idk some love. The huarache I had tasted likeit was the frozen kind in a bag. The place was clean, but it was just not welcoming. Very yummy vegetarian tacos. I got the vegetarian taco plate it was super filling, it came with black beans and rice. The mild... salsa was delicious and everything had a lot of flavor. The portion sizes were great too. They had the absolute best horchata aswell. Definitely recommend this place!! Read more
I?ll start by saying how much it pains me to have to do this type of review for what used to be my family?s favorite many years... even for catering. 1.Steak they NOW use is way under quality compared to what they always served since day one opening : 2.Theno flavor bland taste is also new for the steak. Also odd after flavor that tasted like reheated meat after too many days. Verydisappointing 3.The meat amount I got for tacos and on the nachos is about 60% less. Outrageous 4. To make matters worse, thestaff that was always friendly appears to also have a hit. I picked up an order on a Wednesday before noon. It was not busy.But for some reason. The two ?ladies? there at that time, were both pretty unpleasant. First the one who took processed mypayment seemed less than thrilled to be working and came across rude. Then the one who bagged the order rolled her eyes verybluntly at me when I Politely asked if there was sauce in the bag already. After paying an obscene amount of money for thefood that does not stand up to the quality I think I have the right to ask if there is food already in the bag. It pains me tosay goodbye to my old favorite Mexican food spot after being a faithful local supporter through the entire pandemic. Mysuggestions to the owners.. bring back the ladies you used to have up front that at least seemed to enjoy working. But also, asa customer, I would have preferred to pay more for the food than for you to seriously cut many corners to the foodquality. Looking for a new place now. Read more
I love this place, I make some great mexican food, but if too busy, this is always first choice. Their red/ green sauces are... fantastic, I put them on burgers with fresh jalapenos. Read more
Use to be my favorite taco place but it?s gone down hill recently. There service was never great but it?s pretty bad now and the... quality of the food is slipping. The last three times I?ve been in, we walk in to a person at the register who is just dead inthe eyes and stone face, doesn?t say hi, doesn?t say one moment, doesn?t say anything. Finally we start talking to them and theysay one second. Then after we get our order placed we?re nice and always say please and thank you especially now whenrestaurants are stressed, they just ignore us and say nothing. Then there?s 3-4 groups of people behind us and they all getthere food before us. When I notice that everyone has gotten there food but us I go up and ask where our food is and thenfinally make it as if they were never going to unless I came and asked and not one word. No sorry for the wait, nothing. Thishas happened multiple times. Also the last two times I?ve been served steak tacos that are 25% charred black rock hard pieces ofburnt steak. We were disappointed, to say the least, and that is putting it lightly. Love going to new Mexican restaurants in hopes of... finding the next best one or the best one. This was simply horrible we waited over 30 min for our food. I thought it would befresh since we waited so long... We read the reviews on here and thought we found the new spot! Wrong... this place has goodreviews with watered down food. No flavor ordered 2 Mexican taco dinners and the presentation was horrible even if it was Carryout it was unexceptable. Beans were so watered down they fell all over the place, in one meal I got black beans I never askedfor. They did not have Pico de gallo, what Mexican restaurant does not have this? Pico is used on so many dishes to give food aMexican authentic flavor. To add to this it was so sloppy we ended up throwing the food out. The nachos we thought would be sotasty we were wrong 711 makes better nachos that's how upsetting it was for us and me saying that is simply a new low for me.Very surprised with the reviews being so high. However perhaps there are not many authentic Mexican restaurants to truly go fromin this area. Read more
I always get great service whenever I come here. The food is always just as I ordered and super tasty! They also have their own... in-house salsas which are really great. Both the red and green are superb! I would definitely recommend stopping here if youhaven't yet. Read more
