Every day Blue Yorkie is open, I always find my way there. I can?t decide if my favorite part of this business is the delicious... product or the friendliest and most welcoming owner and staff. Every time I stop by Blue Yorkie I am greeted by Ginger with abig smile and so much kindness while I peruse her daily selection of juices, smoothies, pastries, and salads.
