This Wendy never disappoints. Me and my family mainly always come to this Wendy because they have great service and I never have... to wait to long for my food. The food is always warm and it is salted properly. I?ve been to some Wendy?s and the fries would becold even though no one was there. Ordered on the app for in store pick up, came to the store at 7:50pm and all the doors were locked, even though the sign on the... door clearly says dining room opens until 10pm. No way to pick up my order, had to go to McDonald's down the street. Read more
Wendy's is always a solid spot to grab a quick meal. There food has actually gotten better with the addition of the baconator.... But I didn't grab the baconator on this visit. I ordered the Bourbon Bacon burger and it was so delicious. We also got the spicychicken nuggets. YOU CANNOT GO TO WENDYS AND NOT ORDER THE SPICY CHICKEN NUGGETS! Overall delicious experience. This store's service has deteriorated significantly over the past few months. No matter how much patience and detail I put into... my order, it is consistently incorrect - and this is at the drive-thru. After my burger was made incorrectly, fries cold andCoke nothing but brown water, this evening, I'm done with this location and Wendy's, period. Food is too expensive for thiskind of service. Went in on my lunch break...Ordered a sandwich which normally comes with bacon... However being that I don't eat any pork (... religious preference) I specifically asked that it not be put on there ...I reiterated that I didn't want them removing it..I'dprefer that it never touched the sandwich..And I was informed that this would be the case.. Yet when the manager on dutyquestioned her worker about the status of my order there was something quite not on point...The conversation then turned toSpanish this I was unable to follow it...still the workers actions became awkward afterwards...she took the already madesandwich around a partition and did something to it..Thus as soon as I received my order I immediately began checking thesandwich..and yes it still had small pieces of bacon which I specifically asked not to associated with on the sandwich .Iexpressed my disgust to the manager..and reminded her that I went out of my way to ask that they not place bacon on the saidsandwich..and especially not to try and remove it..I was offered another sandwich specifically made by the manager herself towhich I declined..no actions were taken against the worker and when I requested a refund the manager attempted to short changeme..I had to yell wait what the..I have you a 20$ bill and you have the change back so return my funds.. I ordered a Dave's Single, this was $5.99. Look at the hamburger they gave me. Do you see any beef? I drove 20 minutes back home... to find this in my bag. How do you not put the beef in a hamburger? What were you thinking, who's working back there? I calledand asked for the Manager. They told me the manager is not in today. I will certainly call tomorrow.
