Astrid at this location is a beautiful human being lol. I took my mama bear here for her first time so she had a lot of... questions and took her time to decide what she wanted. Astrid was so professional and remained patient and helpful. She evenwhipped out a health book when asked a question about how much sugar was in one of the food items. I?ve always heard great things about the company and wanted to try it out since I?m new to the old town location. I was... completely overcharged. I asked to substitute the chicken for the salmon and it was not done at all. I wanted light cilantro andended up getting heavy cilantro. The guy said he didn?t hear me and still charged me for it along with extra dressing afterasked did I want heavy or light. I wish he would of told me Parmesan Crisp were extra. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken. All was well until I got to the last bit of my salad. There was a beetle at the bottom of it!!!... I went and told the employee who then told the manager. Neither one apologized . In fact, they seemed nonchalant as though ithappens alot.The manager only apologized once I mentioned it. All the manager did was offer me a $15 gift card. I'd never eathere again!! I should've just requested my money back instead Update: Shortly after posting this, I reached out to the SweetGreen customer service line . This place is not great at all. I have gone many times and the service always is bad I have not once had a good customer service... experience and I have been to this location over 7 times and today I had enough they over charged me like crazy I always get aCesar salad with no tomato and add broccoli and sweet potato. Today they charged me 6 dollar for chicken and I told the lady ohmade my order it?s a Cesar salad with some modifications and they charged me Custom and they didn?t fix that for me and I wasnice the the lady I told hey you are charging me to much and said no we are not this and that but here is the receipt. Like manyou need to train you staff plus I was waiting just to have my order taken and everyone is just looking at me like I am lost. Iwill be taking this higher up since it?s been over 7 times in a row I have received bad service and I like the food but thepeople here don?t care about customer service ! I love Sweetgreen. The ingredients are always fresh, the staff is great. I have one ongoing issue though. I'm happy to pay the... price they charge because of the quality of the food, but they need to stop being so stingy with the base of the salads. Thissalad pictured has 2 servings of lettuce. The lettuce doesn't even come up to the little ridge in the bowl. They skimpridiculously on the cheapest part of the salad. Read more
Rude service. They saw me come in and all looked around and waited for the other to service me. There were no sweet potatoes so... they told me I would have to wait 25 minutes for them to be ready. Then she shifted from foot to foot as if I was taking toolong to decide on another option. When I told her I do surveys she instantly perked up and began to treat me like a valuedcustomer.
