I understand with covid there are alot of restrictions going on, but if your food lobby is open there is no reason why your... bathrooms are closed. I work driving on the road so when i stop for food i like going where bathrooms are of use. Never stoppinghere again. Read more
Just left from Subway restaurant I was waiting inline while the two young lady finish making the other customer sandwiches so... why I was inline I ask one of the employees about the Special that subway been promoting the 2 for 10 footlong Special. She lookat me than look at the other lady that work with her and ask her what she say. So I repeat myself again and that when thingsturn left she ignores me and start laughing. So I ask her what is her name she ignores me again and when one of her regularcustomer repeats it for her. She said bye so I said ok I will report her she said I don't care. I went with my kids and my wife to this place. I had the worst service ever. Employee name IDALIA was so rude and... Disrespectable to me in front of other cutomers. Once i was done ordering my food and getting ready to pay, i dealt with thisRude/Awful employee. She forgot to charge one of my kids a fountain drink. i Assumed she did....While I was trying to fill outmy cups. She screamed from the cashier at my kids and me claiming i didn't pay for one of the drink. So i explained to herthat i thought you did..She kept giving me attitude in front of other customers for no reason. I would simply payed for thatdrink if she ask politely and was so nice about it. I told her she can keep one of the cups and i asked to speak to themanager. She ignored me... I even asked for Manager name..Her answer was no manager working today, she kept ignoring me. Iasked her for her name. She Shouted her name at me. I was so embaressed, my kids kept asking me, Why is she so rude dad. Ijust couldn't believe this person work in costumer service. I had the worst experience...Lazy/rude/arrogant Employee. If i wasthe owner of this place. She would of being so fired. I heard others complaining about her attitude...unacceptable .. The service was terrible. The workers at this subway understand very little English. They messed up every single order we had,... and then got mad at us for their mistakes. Definitely do not recommend this particular Subway. The food tasted fine, the servicewas just bad. Read more
I?ve been to a few subways before and have always enjoyed my experience but the customer service and vibes at this place didn?t... feel right. My boyfriend and I regularly visit the area for the cuteness of the town and we decided to eat here since we lovethe food but we will not be returning to this place after today. The two employees who were on duty weren?t welcoming at all andthere was a language barrier which made ordering difficult - they got frustrated with us when we told them we couldntunderstand them. Also, the way the employees went about cleaning the tables was quite loud as one employee dragged the chairsacross the floor, making a lot of noise. I was trying not to pay them any mind at this point, but then the two employees started to talk obnoxiously loud between themselves and hearing that paired with the classical music on the speakers above wasjust overwhelming. Maybe I?m just uptight -I don?t know - but it wasn?t a pleasant eating experience at all. Hopefully thosewho decide to go here will have a better experience than me. Read more
The tables are dirty. The staff are not familiar with the hygienic culture. A worker used a dirty glove, asked her to use a... clean gloves, refused, reacted arrogant, then denied serving me. I talked to the incharge who was at the cashier, said willtake care of it. Then exchanged smiles with the same arrogant worker. At that time I realized it was not the workers fault. Subway food is all the same, good sandwiches. Or at least it should be. The food is just what I expect but what is up with... tokens to use the bathroom!?!? All I really need to do is wash my hands but in order for me, a paying customer to do this...Imust stand in line to get someone behind the counter to get me tokens? I am confused. I guess the non-Subway customers wereusing the non-public restroom and ruined it for the rest of us. Now, I bring my own hand washing water when I eat there. Read more
Every time I come here it's more inconvenience, with more whiny signs posted everywhere about how it's not the business' fault.... "Oh no we can't accept normal subway promotions that everybody else somehow can, because of the labor shortage." "Oh no we hadto replace all the ingredients with random stuff you may or may not be allergic to because of supply chain issues, good luckwith that." "Oh no we had to close ALL the bathrooms because noncustomers use them and cleaning supplies are just sooooexpensive." It's hard out there for all companies and consumers, stop whining and take some responsibility for your ownbusiness. Would not surprise me in the least if this owner reduces wages and steals their employees' tips too and blameseveryone else for making them do it. Read more
