I order through the app for pickup 2-3 times per week at this location and it is consistently great. I travel locally for work... and eat at subways all over Nova and down to Charlottesville. This one has consistency and quality compared to others. The staffthat works weekday midday shift is great. Order $30 worth of sandwiches and this is the level of service.... this is subpar to even McDonalds or Burger King.... of course... it was pickup so unless you open everyone's order before you leave this is what you get. I'm so disappointed Subway.... Read more
I used the subway app to order my food and when I arrived home, 1 out of 4 sandwiches was correctly made. Thus is the second... time that this has happened at this location and after I submitted a survey I receive a pre-written email at 12:47am statingthat the Owner is sorry and he has spoken to the team.
