This Subway is always very consistent and great staff work there.
Never add enough ingredients, and barely put any sauce when it said on the online order ?2x sauce? and it had less sauce than... the mayonnaise which said ?regular? sauce. Read more
The cookies at this location are perfect! Soft as they should be. Not a long wait time, and although ypu might see the employees... hold conversations w each other the whole time while making the subs, it doesn't interfere with how fast they prepare stuff??????????? Not bad! The other subway I used to go to in kingstowne the staff was not very friendly, and they skimped oneverything; cheese, mayo...and if u ask to add a little more of anything they charge you more. This subway on Rich Hwy doesn'tdo that at all, and the staff is much nicer so I drive further for subway every time now. Read more
This is a greedy Subway! I was told by employee that I was going to have to pay extra for mozzarella cheese. After I ordered 3... flatbread bread egg & bacon sandwiches. I've been to dozens of other Subway's never had to pay extra for mozzarella whenordering flatbread breakfast sandwich. I would not have mind paying extra if I had ordered extra cheese. Very friendly staff that always makes me feel welcome. Food quality is almost perfect. Only "down side" is that there may be a... 5-10 minute wait as other customers are always here! Worth the wait though, staff always work hard. Read more
My mom explained to me that this Subway had been robbed at gunpoint, so I?m editing my previous angry review. That?s a really... terrifying and traumatic event. I can understand your fear and prejudice now. That still doesn?t excuse you locking me outduring business hours. It was rude and unprofessional! Change your store hours, move to the shopping center next door or put upa notice you?re closing early. They closed their store 15 minutes early today( Sunday). I?m not going to complain to corporateor BBB. I just won?t go back anymore. I only ever ordered a veggie delight with no cheese and it?s just not worth the fuss. Read more
This subway has been running for decades now. Surprisingly I still see the same friendly smiles that I did during my school... years. The sandwiches are always made to order and the bread is made fresh. I enjoy going to subway thanks to their healthieroptions compared to many restaurants and as well they have delicious fruit drinks on tap!
