Hands down the best pizza in the DMV! The dough is so amazing. Tried The Brooklyner, Bianca, and the Stracci. They were all... amazing but The Brooklyner was the best. It also reheats great in the air fryer but definitely recommend eating in and having itfresh out of the oven. It’s an adorable spot with lots of charm. Read more
Really amazing pizza. Delicious cocktails, beans and bread to start were great too and we had to take tiramisu to go because we... got there a bit late (very grateful they let us in and fed us late on a rainy night). Tiramisu is good breakfast food ????.. Read more
Great pizza place in Del Rey. The dough they use here has been fermented for 3 days so it\'s kinda like a sour dough pizza... crust, definitely different. I do recommend eating it there because when you take it home, the crust can get hard and crispy.Overall a great pizza place. The apps and deserts were also well made. Read more
The D.C. area does good pizza- thin crust, Detroit-style, fancy, D.C. area pizzerias expand what\'s possible on dough. Stracci... Pizza is no exception. If you like good pizza, order from Stracci Pizza in Del Ray, Alexandria. Here\'s why:\n\n1) Pizza: Themenu includes six different pizzas, hitting many different preferences. They have white pizza, anchovy pizza, spicy pizza, meatpizza, etc. They something for everyone! You can also customize your pizza.\n\nPizzas are Roman-style so they come out square(12 inches by 9 inches). One pie fills up one hungry person.\n\nI ordered eight pizzas on a Friday January evening and we allloved our pizzas. Each was unique and the ingredients were balanced. However, the Brooklyner either had a tiny amount of honeyor it was forgotten. Honest mistake and it was easily corrected by adding honey at home.\n\n2) Food: They have much more thanpizza. We ordered the marinated gigante beans and a load of focaccia. Both hit the spot and I can say that was by far the bestfocaccia I\'ve ever had. The texture was perfect.\n\nThey also sell salads, dessert and other items. They even have a wine listcurated to go with pizza.\n\n3) Space: The pizza is made out of a trailer behind their small building. There are a few picnictables outside with umbrellas and lights. Since it was a cold evening, most people ordered takeout.\n\n4) Experience: Orderingwas very easy to do online. I arrived early and our eight pizzas came out five minutes before the time I set since they knew Iwas waiting. The staff are super friendly and efficient.\n\n5) Price: Pies range between $14-$18, but for quality pizza it\'sworth the price. Also, in an expensive area, the price tag isn\'t shocking.\n\nIf you love pizza, Stracci is a must-visit. Read more

We were driving back to Alexandria from DC, on the way I asked Google Maps for pizza places en route, and this popped up among... the highest rated places. And what a lovely discovery it was! Stracci is outstanding!\n\nThey have an incredible selection ofdrinks, and wholeheartedly made pizzas and all other food. Everything was to the point of perfection! The place is veryfriendly, cozy inside a lovely house along with a beautiful outdoor seating.\n\nYou may want to call them for reservations andchecking if they are open before you go, they can be very busy, and closed at odd times and days. We went there again on arandom weekday evening and found it closed. Read more
