I was doing a Uber Eats delivery order at this place and i was really curious whether it was good or not. Jose had great... customer service and was very helpful and answered every question i had about the Waffle Pizza before i left. He almostpersuaded me to get one in that moment but i had to do my order. So i told Jose ?ill be back one day to try it? 30 mins later,i got a delivery at the McDonald?s next door and i took that as a sign that i needed to try it today. Jose took my order andgave me recommendations. He was aware that i was still doing Uber eats orders, so he asked how long my order would take so itcould be fresh and hot when i got back, which it definitely was! Ordered a Napoli pizza on wheat crust with added chicken. Website very user friendly, pizza was ready quicker than estimated.... However, the pizza was so greasy it was soaked all the way through the pizza box. I don't know if this was due to the pesto orwhat, but I ended up throwing the last two pieces away. Read more
This location has changed so much in quality. I remember when I used to come here - I could get fresh food and my correct order... 99% of the time and in the few times there was an issue it was no big deal because the former person, Dia, would make sure itwouldn?t happen again. Now, I?m lucky if I actually get fresh salad. The struggle with ordering their chicken Caesar salad isthey don?t include chicken sometimes, sometimes no croutons and sometimes just old disgusting salad - visibly old. This is the3rd time?unsure why they have something on their menu they don?t actually have the full ingredients for?! It?s a simplesalad?never understood when it became so complicated?! Ordered that along with a pizza today - it takes skill to burn thecrusts of a pizza and still have the dough slightly undercooked. I scraped that off and put back in an oven. Obviously somethingis wrong?but no one is taking the time to check the quality. Seems like the quality of the food in general has gone down asidefrom my issues with their food - a couple of months ago my friend and I went to order food and he was not happy with his orderbecause originally giving him the wrong order then telling him they didn?t have it, then finally giving him a burnt version ofhis order. Wish they could get it together. It is as if they truly don?t want your business. Quality inspection of the foodpeople are paying for and consuming would go a long way - apologies are empty words without action. Increasing the prices anddecreasing the quality doesn?t make sense.
