Not worth the visit. Visited 3x and the staff seems to lack training on making drinks. Lady on the counter is also... un-professional, she looked bothered that I came in while she was sitting on the couch using her phone. Now mind you, the shopwas empty at 1pm with no customer?s around. Read more

One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. This one is inside a Safeway and upon first glance its pretty nice. They have... basic food options and drink options. So when I came in there was a lady at the register and a family in front of me. Apparentlythe family had been waiting awhile already and decided to leave because whatever the woman at the register was doing was takingawhile. So eventually the barista left behind the register and then came back with the manager. I think they were trying to do areturn and had no idea what they were doing. There was only one worker there too. They never acknowledged me or apologized forthe wait. It was finally my turn and the barista took my order and then quickly made my drink. But seeing as unorganized thislocation is I won't be coming back. Read more
I guess I was lucky because Chyna was on duty, so I got a really good decaf mocha frapucchino served with a beautiful smile. ... The coffee is pretty much the same at any Starbucks. It's the special service that makes a difference. Read more
Rude employee sat down on her break and after waiting at an empty counter for a couple minutes I asked if they were still open,... and she said the other girl must have gone in the back. No effort to find her or let her know there were customers, poorcustomer service. Won?t be back to this location. Read more
Had to go here because my car was being worked on next door. In the past, the coffee has always given many people the "runs".... The only thing I can drink is the hot chocolate..... followed by 2 bottles of water, to flush out the toxins. Starbucks is awest coast shop that doesn't work on the east coast. The beans are from Washington State, and don't agree with the stomachs ofthe people so far from that locale. I've actually been told by many is that the only reason they go there is to get the cup,and they go to 7-11 for the best coffee. Read more
I went in and went to the register, and there were 2 attendants, but they either weren't aware, or didn't care because they... never acknowledged me. Then the register wasn't even open and ready to go, even though they had opened a while ago. Then mydoppio macchiato was just coffee and scalding disgusting milk to the brim , instead of two shots of espresso and dry foam likeit's supposed to be. Not the first time I have dealt with this, either. Never going back. I would give it 0 rating if I could. Read more
