Starbuck drinks here taste horrible.. compared to other locations. They need retraining to actually know how to make the proper... drinks on how they should taste. The lady was sweet but again it?s management here who needs to support employees to train themon customer service and drink formulas. Don?t come here for Starbucks let me save you for the trip. One staff makes my order then ignores the fact she made them and dont let me know those are ready while waiting on 5 different... people then she says oh your drinks are ready over here. She appears disengage and cant walk and chew gum at the sametime. The always seem to run out out matcha tea. Read more

5/16/20 Visited this Starbucks before. It?s inside of the Safeway Super market. Service is rude and it feels like your... interrupting this barista?s break. Coffee is good though. To be fair. This location does not receive a lot of traffic. However,it would be nice not to feel like my business is not a thorn in the side of the employees of this establishment. Read more

As a loyal Starbucks customer I was very much displeased with my visit at this particular location at 10:00am. As any typical... Starbucks location, you'll have a busy crowd during particular times of the day so the staff should be aware and prepared forthe rush. It took about a good 5 minute wait just to get service as the staff was bustling around trying to serve the customerswho had already paid. Finally got service after that wait, BUT then had to wait another 5 minutes after taking my order tosimply pay. I had my Gold Card in my hand after the cashier took my order and was ready to hand it over to her, but ended uphaving to wait while she does other tasks. With the long wait for orders I decided to sit back down to get some tasks done forwork as it took a good 10 minutes to finally get my drink in my hand after finally paying. I was warned about the service thatI would receive at this particular Starbucks from a local and it wasn't surprised that it was a honest tip. Just to note as Iwas waiting for the cashier to take my order I witnessed a customer who was, along with many, waiting for his order but when hefinally got his drink at hand it was completely wrong and the staff had forgotten the muffin he ordered resulting him to waiteven longer for his correct drink and muffin. This Starbucks staff needs to be aware that time is crucial for their customersas many are simply trying to get their caffeine fix for the day. The staff members themselves seemed great individuals, but theyneed a workflow that is far more efficient to decrease the amount of errors that they're resulting in for the number ofcustomers that are rolling through their doors at any given moment.
