The online ordering system often does not work, and you will. Find yourself waiting on an order for close to 20 mins. Constantly... understaffed and high turnover, so wait times are long and the coffee not so great. Moving on to a different store for now on. Read more
A Starbucks desperately in need of better management. I was in the neighborhood for business and stopped here for an hour. Warm... and prompt services. However this store is a mess in terms of cleanliness. Early in the morning when it just opened not forlong, trash everywhere, not to mention there?s a huge cockroach crawling slowly right in the middle of the first restroom on theright hand side. This store was my favorite store to get my coffee every day for years, unfortunately now there services disappointed me with... there bossy customer services and disrespectful. this morning when I ordered my coffee they show at the apps it will be ready in12 minutes but unfortunately when I get to store it took me 49 minutes and there were working 5 people and was slow not to muchcustomer , after that long time waiting I checked for 3 time with store manager and other employees to make sure that they aremaking my coffee or not they were so bossy and finally they give a wrong coffe ????????????????????????
