This has been my go-to location for about a year. Initially, they made my iced shaken espresso with way too much foam that they... didn't scoop out to pour the actual drink to a legitimage venti size that I was paying for, but eventually, they got there forabout 80% of the time I visit. They're quick and efficient. Very friendly from when I go at 6am, or if I go at 6pm. I recommendthis location despite the disaster of parking. Read more

My first time and I was not the best experience. Today, the Barista Jason have some or much better to say HIGHLY attitude... problems who needs to be address promptly. Attitude with the customer, but the same team too. I placed my order and one of themwas an oatmeal which was empty with barely water on it. Very courteous I have asked Jason to please to provide a bit of waterand he ignored me. Ms. Assadi who was next to him she was VERY helpful at all the time she did provide the customer service thatlack on Jason. Based on the reviews, it look like the management/corporate is no doing anything to address any issue with theirteam members. For some reason, this is the only Starbucks that charges you $0.10 for water? It's ridiculous because I need to recharge my app... every time. Shady practices like these will have me looking at other stores and brands. Read more
The afternoon/evening staff at this Starbucks caused me to stop going there and I saved a bunch of money?so I should thank them.... A barista, who was fairly new, charged me for an espresso shot in my cold brew. When I told her that I didn?t want a shot ofespresso in my drink, she said the issue was fixed and that it would go back on my card. When I didn?t see it back, I asked themanager on shift about it. They said there was nothing that could be done. Then, she took the money from the tip jar and gave itto me. Which I thought was unprofessional and not at all what I wanted to happen. After almost 6 months, I tried to go thereagain, only to experience additional issues with my order. I will stick to the one inside price chopper. Read more
I am giving the staff here 5 super stars! Especially the manager Chase. He remembers my order, always very nice, attention to... details, helping his new colleagues taking orders while busy making drinks. He remembers customers wanting extra caramel, moremilk, special requests even when he's not the one taking or making the order. I observed him training new staff with kindness &patience, always trying to ease their nerve when they forgot something. He makes customers' experience a great one and providesa friendly and healthy work environment to his new colleagues. Read more
Alexis did way too much talking with her coworkers which caused me to have to wait 20 mins to order. There was only one other... customer in the store at the time. There was no reason for the delay. She didn?t even apologize for the wait. Read more
