Every time I come here I am paying over $6 for a grande drink.. same drinks other Starbucks around the $5 mark. Secondly today... I ordered the same Pumpkin spice cream w/ cold coffee and not cold brew as yesterday and it was made totally different w/whipped cream.. I tried to explain to the barista that it wasn?t the same drink and she started arguing with me.. I never wrotea review about this place bc it?s close to where I live and I put up with differing prices, but she just irritated me to thepoint that it was time to say something? little gal, never ever fight with the customer? the customer is already paying a stupidamount of money for a coffee, you can hold your tongue and see it from a different point of view!! This location is really strange. The team isn?t super welcoming and they often get mobile orders incorrect. They?re happy to fix... anything they?ve gotten wrong, but the DM really should consider getting this team retrained. If you?re ordering a mobile orderand it isn?t at the counter, expect to wait at the mobile order counter for at least 5 minutes before even being addressed?.on aslow day. Read more
