This is one of our favorite haunts here in Alexandria! I had the fish and chips with a starter of steak and cheese egg rolls... (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!). My wife had the sliders, which were pretty tasty too! Part of the reason we enjoy the place is the wideselection of beer. I get something different every time, but tonight was a Dogfish Head 90 Min night. Also, tonight we had anew server, and she is immediately our favorite!! Came in tonight while in town for the night and what a great place! Lively bar crowd with great playlist. Food was so... satisfying. I had the build your own grilled cheese w/ bisque and the hubby had the strip. Lyndsay was awesome, attentive, funand great with suggestions on drinks. Restaurant is loud so we ate outside on their covered patio. Food was good and big portions. I like that they have a... customizable grilled cheese option. The food is always excellent here. Much traditional American fare to choose from and everything is always tasty and perfectly... prepared. Lots of drink options and a weekend Bloody Mary Bar for making your own just the way you like it. Comfort food at itsbest! Read more
The waiter that was working on 11/23/22 was rude. Fries was salty, sandwich tested bad The wings we ordered did not test well as... well. The avocado was turning black. Maybe I came on the wrong day. I used to like the place. I feel their food was slappy andnot worth the price charged. Read more
