Oh man the service was arguably the worst I?ve ever had. The lady behind the counter did not understand anything we were trying... to say and was just trying to argue with us for no reason it was very confusing. Apparently tea isn?t included in the combo andwhen I asked about it lf it was she got very offended like I should have know. I was recommended to come eat here and boy i was not disappointed. I was a little concerned with some of the reviews, but this... is the second time I have eaten here and both times have been amazing, 1 of my favorite Japanese and sushi places. I have eaten here many times in the past but moved so I haven't in a while. I decided to that myself and get the chicken... teriyaki combo since I'm back in the area. It was terrible, so disappointing. There was bone or something hard in the chicken. The servings were much smaller and it tastes bad the flavors weren't what they use to be. Even the sodas were off. I'm notgoing there again and may not try any of the other chains to avoid disappointment. I do not recommend. Read more

Good food and lots of it. Mind you it is more of a fast food location but quick and delicious.

Very bad service. They refused to give me the food when my food was ready. The guy name Carlos was mopping the floor with then... jumps on the grill with the same gloves. Nasty place, very dirty and very unprofessional. Don't feed your kids from here, theywill get very sick. Read more

EDITING REVIEW: They charged my credit card $11,000 for a fast food restaurant. Do not eat here, it is clearly criminal and... they're not even good at that. Meal was proof that "likable" and "edible" not two qualities of food that oftenoverlap. Customer service was just fine, not sure what the other complaints were about. If you're walking into an over workedplace where the employees likely don't make enough to deal with people, expect some snark. My issue was the food. Dumplingswere largely overly dry inedible crust, chicken was slimy, rice wasn't bad other than the slime, wasn't brave enough to try thesalad, California roll had the fishiest fake fish (normally a sign that it's being cut with something else), and the tempuraCalifornia roll was better than it's tempura-less counterpart but ever so slightly. My recommendation, for most dumplings, butespecially these are that you mix a solution 2:1 soy sauce and gochujang paste. Makes most of the meal go down easier than yumyum sauce. Read more
