Visiting the DC area for the weekend and our friend was staying at the MGM casino. We googled the closest dim sum places and one... of them was sampan. The dim sum was really good and chrysanthemum tea was perfect. Surprisingly, service was excellent as a lotof Chinese restaurants tend to have spotty service. Great food!! My favorite dishes were the spicy crispy bean curd and the chive dumplings. We also got stuffed eggplant, scallop... dumpling, string beans, bean curds, salted egg yolk, Shumai, and the sesame balls.
