Unfortunately after three different times trying Roy Rogers, I can?t go back. Three poor experiences, but the last was bad. All... of the chicken was raw. We ordered through Uber eats this last time and the Gold Rush sandwiches were raw in the center of allsandwiches. I called the store and spoke to a manager just to make them aware. I will say that the manager asked if I wanted topickup new food, and politely declined as I wanted to make sure the issue was corrected in case they had an irate customer. Read more
Um we got here at 9pm and we had to wait for a 10piece chicken. We dined in and a guy who worked there told us we had to leave... because they closed at 9:30pm. It was 9:17, all the doors were unlocked and because he had to mop the floor he asked us toleave, which we did not. We rushed to eat our food, while he sat and watched us with an attitude. - Food was ok at this location, I ordered a roast beef combo and a medium side of Mac and cheese. When I got home I was pretty... annoyed with the amount of sides I got for a medium, literally was just 3 spoon fulls and just a tiny handful of fries. - staffhit or miss, kid at the register was weird and didn't understand my order for some reason and when I walked away I heard him saysomething under is breathe. - places looked clean and organized for the most part. - prices normal for the area. - had adecent amount of parking and we're not that busy. - overall I probably won't go back to this location honestly. I was expecting something along the lines of McDonalds but this burger was so much better than expected. I dined in and didn't... even notice the fixings car until I sat down and noticed I didn't have any fixings on my burger. The fries were the only thing Iwasn't a fan of because they were not crispy at all. There are multiple sauces to choose from as well. The boom boom was reallygood.
