Where I live there?s maybe 2 sandwich places and they are ok most of the time. First time going to Potbelly and it was amazing.... I ordered a future pickup the next day and I got there early. I expected that I would have to wait a while, but that was not thecase at this amazing spot. I found the pickup area and my food was already sitting there waiting, still warm. Aloha all; ok it's been like over 10 years since I have enjoyed this gem of a spot. I consider this my number one sandwhich... place when it comes to hot subs. You will not find better. They also have an amazing in house chillie that is think andmeating. Usually the chillie sandwhich combo is the best way to go. Read more
Walked into this location only to turn around and walk out. Extremely rude girl "working" there. Not another customer in this... place and yet she refused to welcome us, ask us what we would like to order or acknowledge us at all. Read more
Very clean and convenient location near the metro. Staff is friendly and helpful. We pretty much don't eat sandwiches from... anywhere else, everything is great. Their customer service is above and beyond what I'm used to, so that's a definite plus inaddition to their food being really good! Read more

I just want to personally thank Lisa and her staff for being so awesome! I am a regular customer that orders food from Pot... Belly through Grub Hub and I order the same thing every time! I had a tiny mishap with my order and called the store. Lisaanswered and saved the day with her kindness and professionalism. We have never met but she knew exactly who I was based on myorders! Had multiple mobile orders through this restaurant, and every time they failed to get the order on time or correct. Recommend... just going to Jimmy John?s right across the street?they?re quicker and at least get the order correct. Read more
