Today is the six. I ordered a sandwich two steakhouse sandwiches regular the sandwich girl was great she also put on the... dressings but when I went to pay there was nobody there the cashier was making a milkshake and then she starts yelling her nameand the guy is not even there for the milkshake and I?m already waiting six minutes at the cash register mind you it?s packed soI sat down right in front waiting for the cashier past six minutes no cashier first person that comes along she runs to them andPay For sandwich then the next person To pay for their sandwiches I also waited I didn?t wanna be rude then after the thirdperson I jumped in and told her I?ve been waiting 10 minutes she had to look of a deer in the middle of the road so I didn?t sayanything I left I left the sandwiches too I will never go back to potbelly. I ordered online and the order went through twice. I called to speak with them they told me to call the other location to see if... it was placed there. I called, no order, so I called back to figure out what was going. That is when I got the pleasure ofspeaking with Bianca. I'm shocked how a "manager" can speak to customers. The lack in training of how to deal with issues orproperly speak to a customer is horrible. I'm out $110 dollars due to the order going through twice and no food. After Irequested her name or a form of ID number to report her behavior, she offered to have it delivered. If you order online, watchyour account. If you want poor customer service, then feel free to eat here. Tonight I had the pleasure of speaking to anargumentative poorly trained manager, spending 40 minutes disputing the charges with my bank(they handled it), and figuring outfood for 5 people. I used to always come to this potbelly. I usually have good experiences. Tonight I went in, there were 3 young employees. They... all stood around for the first few minutes, I figured they were just organizing their section. But soon after, one of them looksat me and says ? I?m not making any more sandwiches, I?m going to wash dishes? the other two just stare at me and continue towhisper amongst themselves.
