I?ve ordered many times from this Popeyes, and my most recent experience was bad. I ordered online through the app, for a drive... through order. I have never had problems picking my food up. During my last visit, they demanded that I come inside to pick upmy order. Once I got inside, they proceeded to take a drive through order, after I was standing inside waiting at the cashregister for several minutes. After they finally came up to me, they instructed me to ?contact the customer because we don?thave this item?. After correcting them several times, that I ordered my own food, I asked them for a chicken sandwich with outpickles. He stared at the receipt, as if he was contemplating whether or not the math adds up. YOU DONT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED. Worst Popeyes by far. Every time I come to this Popeyes, they manage to screw up my order. Either by giving me normal instead of... spicy, leaving out the biscuit, etc. I'm not sure how other Popeyes can get it right, but this one can't time and time again.Not to mention the awful personalities of the staff. Sometimes I'll sit at the drive-thru order kiosk for minutes without anyoneso much as acknowledging me or saying anything, only to be met with an apathetic, "what do you want?" I've had employees arguewith me about what I ordered when I inevitably have to park and walk in to get my order fixed. I've seen employees trying toinstigate fights between one another in the parking lot. Never again will I come back to this awful location. Read more
I love Popeyes... This location sucks... They have run out of chicken... Twice that I know of... My orders are almost always... slightly incorrect, whether it is my spicy chicken sandwich with just a tiny bit of spice sauce, or Mac n cheese instead ofmashed potatoes... Things are often borked. Every time I have door dashed from here, the drivers complain about having to wait,despite the restaurant saying the food is ready for pickup. Again, I love Popeyes, but it just seems that this location missedtraining day for both the managers and the employees. Read more
I?m really sick and tried of coming to this Popeyes location. I ordered the 11 piece special for $28.99 and I got 9 pieces -... barely any fries. We can?t do basic counting? I?m no longer coming to this location. Read more

I ordered family size box of fry chicken breast and wings, it also comes with biscuit and rice. I find that exclusive deals on... the app, and then I picked up in store, so I can skip the drive through option while save the time.???? The only thing Iconcern about is the drive through lane, I guess the cashiers has to improve, because during the rush hours and lunch time, ithas long lines went through out the street. Read more
