DONT order from here unless you want missing food!!!! Ordered 2 pizzas, cinabon, bread sticks and wings. Delivery man never... brought the sticks and wings. Called the store and the manager Sayed said that another order should be out in 20 minutes. 40minutes go by and nothing, so I call again. Sayed said ?oh he?s out delivery now.? Almost an hour goes by and still nothing, goto the store to pick up my own food that I tipped the good for nothing driver for apparently. Sayed said that the delivery manwent home for the night? never ordering from here again. The employees here have an attitude and are just downright rude and itshows. The manager Sayed lied to my bf when he showed up to see why we didn?t have our food? he told him that he told me thatthe delivery guy went home for the day? HUMOROUS! Read more
They literally don?t wear gloves making your food. They also don?t have a clean kitchen! And their workers had no hairnets and... they were literally in crocs. Read more

I ordered at 10:20pm Thur 9/24 and it's now 12:33 9/25 with the store closed, link they sent to my phone linking me to a screen... claiming it'll be here in 21-31 minutes but doesn't update if you refresh. I received a call about an hour ago claiming doordash will deliver which I didn't order through but I guess that explains why after delivery fees/etc I'm paying $10 more thanthe actual cost. And this extra fee also removes blame from Pizza Hut since clearly it's door dash. I only use Uber eats, oldChicago stays open till 230. Never again from this Pizza Hut Read more
I love coming to my local Pizza Hut! ???? When it comes to ordering I can be fairly indecisive thankfully there is a great... team ready to help! The pizza was ready so quick I barely had a chance to sit! Still baked to perfection as always! I sure domiss the Big New Yorker but the recipe is still ???? no matter what. They still have those little tables in the middle of thebox!! The nostalgia is overflowing ????????? The thin crust is nice and crispy and you don't get all the extra bread. I ordered a meat pasta at 3:19 PM. I came to pick up my order and I was told it would come out of the oven in a few minutes. 30... minutes later after I placed the order and I get said the same thing. So, I asked why it was taking to long, if I had placed theordered 30 minutes ago and the young lady with pink hair on the counter said, he forgot to make your order.
