this Pizza Hut location is horrible!! I was delivered a RAW UNBAKED PIZZA and when i called to ask for a new one samiya was very... aggressive , said she wouldn?t send a replacement, refused to give me the managers name and hung up while I still speaking.Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Customer service is horrible, pizza is almost always raw along with other things such as wings. Sounds like a lawsuit to me.... Samiyah in particular hung up on me multiple times, refused to give me managers name, then claimed he was on vacation andfinally hung up on me. She told me that I was wasting her time because I asked for a replacement, she told me that I would thenalso have to return the other pizza (which I was going to!). Then she claimed I am doing this for a free pizza.... which isextremely rude and odd to say to someone. Samiyah refused to send me replacement or help me with store credit. she then claimedit is raw due to the fact that I added 3 additional toppings... again, odd. This is not the first time this has happened at thisparticular branch either. I emphasized to cook it fully when placing the order yet they still sent me a raw meal. with chickenmight I add, its like they want their customers to get salmonella. It is also about a 5 minute walk from me yet delivery takesover 40 mins. Will not be supporting this business again, time to take my business elsewhere. Read more
pizza came with raw vegetables, when asked for a replacement, I was told no by Samiyah. She refused to help me and told me i was... wasting her time. Also hung up on me and did not answer the phone. They took my money and gave me raw pizza. Samiyah alsorefused to give me managers name and claimed he is on vacation. She told me do what you want I will not give you managers name.She also claimed that I asked for a replacement for a free pizza when I was willing to send the old one back. This is not thefirst time the staff has been rude or unprofessional. They also over charged me, I ordered a personal pizza which is $5something but I was charged $7 along with toppings and sauce pepper that I did not receive. Samiyah was extremely rude,unprofessional and disrespectful. She hung up on me multiple times and refused to give me the managers name. She alsoovercharged me and did not help. Called in my order ahead of time. Still had to stand and wait for my order. Salads weren't included and had to get refunded... for one of them. The older caucasian woman was passive aggressive as she kept putting down my receipt instead of simply placingit in my hand as I was patiently holding out for her to politely do so. She rambled about the cook not showing up however whatdoes this have to do with plain curtesy. Since she was prepping food in the back let's hope she washed her hands when shereturned from the register as there were no gloves being used. Read more
Third time the delivery driver banged on our door and REFUSED to leave the pizza at the door, as per my selection on the app.... Will not be ordering Pizza Hut anytime soon. On top of that, I ordered the pizza for delivery at 4 PM and he arrived at 315.Early is great, until you order becauae you don't plan on being home until a specific timeframe. Luckily my appointment wascanceled so I happened to be home, otherwise guys he'd knock for an hour? Eat it himself? Who knows, but this location is NOTit. Also, attempted to leave this feedback via the app and website three times. The app keeps saying that it times out and thesite kept saying to ensure all fields were filled, even though they were. Pizza Hut and this location specifically has gone asdown hill as possible, time to stop ordering before we begin getting bugs in our food or some other signs of a failing business.Time to just buy frozen from Giant Read more
They just switched to using doordash drivers so now all orders take well over an hour and you should expect part of your order... to be missing. This will be my last pizza hut order from now on. It took 1:45 to deliver and they forgot the two 2L sodabottles. It has been my experience that delivery service turns to garbage when they switch to doordash so I refuse to place anyorders when I know they use doordash. Read more
Pizza was decent. However, we ordered boneless wings from here which were completely raw on the inside. I ended up eating two... before realizing because I was dunking them in sauce. The texture/taste were off so I decided to take a look. Like Isaid...completely raw.... The restaurant refunded the money for the wings but it doesn't help that I ate two of them beforehand. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. My husband went to go pick up our online order and after sitting in there for a while... they said their oven just broke 5 minutes ago when the pizza was supposed to be ready. They obviously hadn?t made the pizza in atimely manner and didn?t let him know there was an issue until he asked after the order. Should have gone to papa John?s. Read more
