Bad attitude and vibe from person at main entrance from the moment I walked in. Just had lunch there today because I had read... many good reviews and since I love pho, I wanted to try it. No greeting, they tell you to sit down and slide a menu on yourdesk, no connection. Food wasn't all that great either compared to many other Vietnamese Pho places I've tried in the area. The killer was the small bowl is only halfway full so to get a small you have to pay for a large hahahaha....Very little ofeverything, tofu, broccoli, noodles, etc. Going to stick to my usuals! $13 for this? Broth was not fresh and the portion for the price is ridiculous. Pho Viet Flare down the street by S Van Dorn is a... million times better. And service is 3/10. Read more

I had never ordered Pho until last night and while the food that we got was yummy, it was a negative experience. We ordered... three chicken pho dishes, fried egg rolls and a smoothie. Door Dash delivered. We only got one chicken pho dish and the otheritems. I ran out into the rain to catch the door dash guy and he went back. Another 30 minutes passed before we got ourfood.....the WRONG food. Some dish with brown meat (that looked gross and I would not eat), rice and "salad"...two of those. No chicken pho. When we called to complain, the guy answering the phone could not seem to care less; he was too busycomplaining about how busy they were. He said the Door Dash driver could not find our order, and apparently, the guy at therestaurant had no way to find our order either. We never got our proper food (threw away the other food we didn't order) and theguy at Pho offered no refund or anything. I won't go back because of this experience. $73 down the drain. Expensive (I mean,chicken broth, rice noodles and a few pieces of chicken for $14???? Crazy) AND poor service. Read more

Disappointed with the takeout because I asked for the beef in the pho to be rare but it was provided fully cooked. Only a small... amount of sauce was provided - much less than would have been used if I had dined in. The noodles were a bit off in terms oftexture, too. A week or so ago i had the same item but dining in and it was excellent. So have your pho in the restaurant andpass on the take out IMO. Read more
