Average McDonald's nothing special, they definitely need some window shades to protect the people from the Sun that sit at those... booths I wish they'd bring me ketchup dispensers back at the condiment center instead of these little plastic packages whichI'm sure are not environmentally as friendly. They have items they sell you on the kiosk menu that they don't even sell,example I ordered and paid for a cherry pie but they don't even have them, ever. Read more
This is the McDonald's at the Bradley shopping center in Alexandria, VA. They tried to charge me for food that I ordered via... free rewards points. When I finally got it through their head that I wasn't going to pay for food that I earned for free I gotsix of the most dry, most stale chicken nuggets I have ever gotten from McDonald's. They were edible, somewhat, so that's whythey raid two stars instead of nothing. Read more

I can still get hot and fresh food late at night. I cannot say that for all mcdonalds. Although it's late, the employees do not... seem grumpy or trying to rush you away like you're bothering them as I've faced at other locations. This location is decent. Read more
I had eaten at this McDonald?s before. But it had been decades ago. As I had to pick up some meds and visit the bank at the... shopping center I decided why not? What could go wrong? I even had a coupon! How innocent I was... I figured I would orderthe Egg McMuffin meal and also use a coupon to get a second Egg McMuffin. So that is what I ordered. I made sure not to rushmy words but also didn?t wish to waste their time. This is a busy place - open 24 hours - and they needed to be speedy. Thestaff was friendly, smiling, everything seemed to be going well till I put in my card. The price listed on the tiny displaylooked too...low. Yeah, she had me ordering a Egg McMuffin and getting a free one. But she had failed to understand I wasordering a breakfast MEAL with drink and hash browns. Somehow she had not heard the word MEAL. I didn?t bother to try tocorrect them and just picked up my order and picked a table. I didn?t want to cause a traffic jam and slow down everybodyelse?s meals. It took me a few seconds to realize the table were clean. The ones I was looking at had one of those surfaceswith colored spots in the material and it made it look dirty. On the other hand many of the tables were not as clean as theycould be. But it is a busy McDonald?s open 24 hours so what could one say? The Egg McMuffins looked sad without the hash brownsto cheer them up. Or the diet cola to add some flavor to the food. After finishing the two sandwiches I went to the bathroom. The stall?s coat hook on the door was broken so I had to wedge my bag and coat onto the door handle. And once again thebathroom was not as clean as it could be. At least the toilet was clean and there was paper. When I left I was full but VERYthirsty and still wanted something else. The sandwiches had been so...bland. Came through the drive-through this evening. The gentleman who took my order was extremely polite, well spoken and got My order... right. When he took my payment he made sure to tell me to have a good evening, which I needed after a long day. Must be a newaddition to the crew but kudos McDonald's, I'll continue coming to this location with the improvement of staff, fresh food andhopefully a quiet parking lot(after the tragedy). Read more
I came for an UberEats pick up for my two customers around 10:35pm to 10:50pm. Only one order was made and apparently the staff... doesnt know where the second pick up is. A female manager (she was wearing blue head cover scarf and a face mask) in charge cameto talk, but she was rather rude toward me. Aside from being rude, she turn her back on me multiple times and walks away whenthe problem is still left unsolved. They dont how to handle a basic problem with a simple solution of remaking the order and aproper communication with their guests. Read more
