I was actually walking today, and I had some business to do at a nearby bank. I came here because I knew that I had a coupon... for a free quarter pounder with cheese sandwich when you buy one. St $6.00 for the sandwich, you can't knock me for trying tosave money. The once change that I didn't like about this location, as well as, several others is the fact that they have movedthe self serve fountain drink machine to behind the counter. In years past you could refill all day long- joking of course! Thepoint is I can see how many fast food places like this are cutting corners in order to save money. I don?t know who they got working there but these people can never get a single delivery order correct. I often order dinner for... my kids since I come home late from work and every single time they tell me that they miss an item. This is so frustrating andridiculous, a worker should be able to give the customer the food requested, it?s not hard. Whoever the manager is need to checkon this issue, it?s getting way too repetitive. Read more
They turn off the a/c in the middle of the summer so the homeless can?t stay here, instead of asking them to leave. It?s over 90... degrees outside and they have no a/c , this has to be a health hazard. Staff will ignore you if you try talking to them. Read more

I ordered a hot fudge sundae and got it right away, so I can't complain about the service. There was trash left on the tables... and floor, so I don't think surfaces are cleaned or floors mopped as often as they should be. Read more
