I asked for caramel macchiato on drive thru like what I saw on the screen that looks like ?ice macchiato?. I went ahead and she... gave me hot. I asked if I can get iced macchiato instead, she looked at me and looks confuse. I didn?t get receipt coz thecashier was closed. So I paid thru woman who gave me the drink. She put 10 ice cubes in a hot macchiato. Taste nasty, I threwit away in parking lot. I?m the type who don?t want argument over coffee coz she looks not happy. I was expecting; ?ohh you wantice macchiato instead, I?ll make it for you?. They were rushing me, didn?t bother to ask if I want ice or hot. Damm I can?tbelieve I write this over coffee. Read more
I want to give this location a good review but it seems like everytime I order from this location they get my order wrong. I... don't know if the workers can't understand the orders or what but it's pretty frustrating because I have to always go back tothe restaurant so they can fix my order. I visited the one in Alexandria near the Birchmere. I didn't care for it because the homeless were taking up a lot of space in... the back and it was uncomfortable. The service was horrible. The lady talked down to the Hispanics and I didn't like it. Read more
Love this McDonald's only draw back is sometimes they serve great black icetea other times it has a horrible orange taste to... it. Please continue serving the black icetea. Read more
You'd think that every time you want the food you ordered & paid for, the drive thru crew were protecting their green cards.

Easy parking. Quick drive through, food has always been fresh and quick. No playland although this store though if you have kids
This is the worst McDonalds in Alexandria. Drive through lady (short, fat, angry Hispanic) forgot my fries and just said "No."... when I kept asking. Called to speak with manager and a guy named Antonio said none exists. I'm calling cororparate and filingan official comlaint. That's theft. Read more
