This place is horrible. I just left here me and my friend got a 8 pc family meal with a large corn and a large fry. The chicken... had been sitting there for 5 or 6 hours. It tasted like rubber and super dry. I called 5 times in a row and no one answered thephone. Also I tried to come in to get my fries, but the doors had locks on them. This KFC on Richmond Highway had the greasing chicken I ever had! Each piece soaked through five paper towels! Skip this place... unless you want a heart attack from all the grease. Read more
I ordered two famous bowls a la Carter and one (3) piece NH chicken tender a la carte. They said the tenders was $5.29 but had... an additional charge of $1.50 on the receipt. When I asked what it was for, both women said "I don't know". They couldn't tellme why they were charging me for $1.50. I will no longer be going back there, they definitely got over on me. Read more
Waited in line for thirty minutes at the drive through only to get home and notice all my food didn't make it into my bag. When... asked where the manager was employees laughed and said the manager wasn?t there. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I would give this location a ZERO star if I could. The restaurant is DIRTY! You can see trash on the... countertops in the kitchen through the drive through window. A food inspector needs to visit ASAP! In addition, if something iswrong with your order there?s an extremely RUDE lady (with purple/red hair), who calls herself a ?manager?, that will get anattitude and argue with you about correcting the order. The quality of customer service provided here is LOW! During my visit,this lady snatched my food through the window, cursed me out and slammed the window shut while I was trying to explain thedetails of correcting my order. She simply did not want to correct the order. I ended up asking for my money back. Read more
I don't really expect much from fast food but this is pretty ridiculous. I drove not even 5 minutes home after ordering this and... it's SOAKED in grease... I'd be more forgiving if it was rush hour but it was empty inside and a short line for the drivethrough so what's the excuse? Read more
The service was a bit slow, but the food was hot and fresh. The lobby was a mess though with dirty tables throughout, napkins,... straws, and garbage laying on the floor by the soda machine and overflowing trash bins. I would recommend this restaurant as aquick drive-thru stop but not a regular place to visit unless the management fixes these issues. Read more
