I ordered online directly through jj and they confirmed my order and said it was out for delivery at 1pm, just a couple minutes... after placing the order. 1:30pm rolls around and I didn't see any updates on the tracker so I decided to call the store. Icalled 3 times and there was no answer. By 145pm I had to go get something else for lunch because at that point I didn't haveany other option. My order randomly showed up around 2:20pm. At that point the sandwich was not salvageable. I just don'tunderstand. Don't accept online delivery orders if you can't fulfill them. At the least answer the phone, communicate with thecustomer. Went there during my lunch break yesterday with a couple of coworkers. I ordered a #7 Spicy Italian. I got back to work and... somehow there was NO MEAT OR CHEESE on my sub. I couldn't leave work again to go back, so I literally ate thisbread+tomato+lettuce+oil/vinegar+oregano sandwich. How do you forget to put the meat and cheese on a sub? It's what makes theSpicy Italian a Spicy Italian. They also put onions and no dijon mustard on my coworker's sub right after he asked for noonions, add dijon mustard. My third coworker asked for a combo and the cashier didn't ring her up for a combo, accusing her ofnot asking for it. We all heard her ask for it, including one of the other employees behind the counter. I used to work at aJimmy John's years ago. It's not that hard. I submitted my order for Jimmy Johns and it was confirmed at 11:38 this morning. Usually delivery is very prompt because the... restaurant is close. 12:30 my food didnt show up. I called and was told that my food should be there really soon and if itdidn't show up to call back and they will refund. 12:45 came-NO FOOD. Called and cancelled my order. I do order for work andthankfully I was not ordering for everyone in the office this time. It will be a long time before I order again. Extremelydisappointed. Read more
My office order a large order from this place. I ordered veggie sub. It was terrible. No avocado spread and hardly any... lettuce. I combined everything on to one half of bread. So really I had a half of a sandwich. Just terrible. Other coworkerswere disappointed as well. Next I'll tell my office not to order here. Read more

Absolutely horrible. Lady in front of me left in frustration. I tried to order, and it should never be that difficult to order... a sandwich. We walked out in frustration. Two different people leaving one after the other? And looking at all these poor tomediocre reviews?..it is not that surprising. Looks like management needs to manage and lead this organization to get fixedbecause whatever you?re doing clearly isn?t working. I've never seen slower workers. Went in to get a quick sandwich for lunch. After 10 minutes I was out of time and had to leave... and told them to cancel. One worker was slow as molasses making sandwiches, the other was slow as molasses filling up drinks forpeople who were eating inside (during a pandemic, which is a whole additional story).
