I had a good experience at this store. The counter person was friendly and she made sure to give me a drink worth my money. She... seemed dissatisfied with the look and freshness of the coconut refresher I ordered and was honest enough to check theingredients and offer another type of drink that was more satisfactory and didn't just give me something to rush me out thedoor. Normally my drinks are perfect. The staff is really friendly. They have done things to fix any issues that I've encountered. One... time I ordered a donut through the app, but they were sold out. So I was able to get any drink I wanted. Another time I orderedtwo donuts and someone immediately set them aside until I arrived as they were the last two donuts. Unfortunately the last timeI went my macchiato was just way too strong. I couldn't taste any flavor, just espresso and that's not normally the case. I willstill return as their prices are lower than other locations near me and the service is usually superb. Read more
On vacation in Alexandria, been to this location for about 4 visits.. Always got the drinks and order wrong, I understand that... she works alone so we were beyond patient and tipped. My husband and I ordered to drinks every visit, never accurately done. Onthe last visit I always order decaf cause I am not allowed caffeine, the first cup was jet fuel dark as hell after cream wasadded.. I ordered toasted almond and she was adding hazelnut to it and I sad something she offered to remake it.. And she gaveme regular coffee cause it was not jet fuel this time and, my heart is racing and I am still awake. aweful place. First time to come here and it was a horrible experience, The custom service was not it. I didn't get her name but it seems from... the most recent review that she just started working. She didn't have any patience, she got my order wrong three times. When Ireceived my hot coffee it didn't even taste like coffee. It felt more like water. It was horrible. Alway a good moment for me each morning. I am recovering from throat cancer. I finished the chemo and radiation in July. ... Learning to eat again is a gift with taste buds still restoring themselves and stamina limited. To my great delight I discoveredthe wonderful JOY OF COFFEE WITH MILK AND SUGAR AT DUNKIN.
