Consistently the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. They are slow and rude. On top of that, the manager was incredibly dismissive.... Why ask if there is a problem if there will be no attempt at making amends. I mean, an apology that didn?t sound like a big Fyou would have gone a long way. Read more

There's a lot to say about an establishment when you have poor service, but I've been coming here for years and if I've received... good service where others have not, then i would say I'm fortunate. This isn't the cleanest or dirtiest establishment I've beento, but I've had good experiences here over the course of 10+ years. Parking can be an issue at certain times of the day, butit's been less an issue lately. The location is easy to get to and out of with 395 and 495 minutes away. They are usually veryquick with my orders and they get me out the door quickly. Read more

This is my favorite DD store in Alexandria. The staff is so nice! Toya, Jayda, Jeff and Mercedes are my dream team! They do get... busy and you may have to wait but it's worth it! I think they could use a bigger space for the volume of orders. Read more
It's a very small shop, but a tiny Dunkin is better than none at all. I got the two remaining double chocolate donuts and... took them home instead of ordering coffee and eating one there. Convenient location in Van Dorn Station. Read more
