Ordered two sandwiches, was only given one. I have a food allergy, so I asked for a simple modification, which I explained three... times, and they still made it wrong. Received a sandwich where they put the cheese side on the outside of the sandwich, so themajority of the cheese came off on the wrapper. Reached out and heard nothing back from the franchise owner or corporate.?America runs on Dunkin,? they claim. Yes, patrons pay an astronomical amount for subpar food that is made incorrectly and theyget away with it. ETA: the ?store manager? finally reached out to me?to essentially say it was my fault for having a foodallergy and their computer system is not designed to handle people asking for ?no bread.?
